I’ve spent the last 30 years working in the Corporate World. In that time I’ve racked up a rather large number of different roles and skills.  My CV is varied to say the least.  I’ve worked in HR, IT and Marketing to name a few.  I’m a jack of all trades in a way, but that doesn’t mean I’m not a master of them.  

I have a lot of skills, I’m bloody good at what I do and I can really make a difference in people’s lives.  So I set up my own business to share what I’ve learnt in the 50 years I’ve been on the planet. 

I’ve definitely left a trail in that time. I’ve faced adversity, learnt how to be resilient and all with a smile (and the odd tear).  I’ve fallen over more times than I care to remember but I’ve already got back up, dusted myself down and come back fighting.

I'm a Marketing Communications expert and Life Coach. I'm a qualified NLP Practitioner, Life Coach and have lot of life experience to fall back on. Everything I do revolves around the language. I love words! It's amazing how much the words we use can affect us and others.

I am also an equestrian. I've been riding a long time and horses have taught me, more than anything, how to pick yourself up and get back on the horse (literally).
